Jonas helped my mother sell a beautiful but isolated home in the Lake of the Ozarks. It was quite a task for this reason, plus all the dilemmas created by the pandemic. Jonas consistently went above and beyond what we expected as he assisted us in arranging for many different services to get the house ready to sell. As an example, the house developed a faucet leak which Jonas found for us (my mom lives in Columbia, I'm out of state). He arranged for people to come fix the leak, fix the plumbing, replace the floor board heating, and repair the dry wall and paint. This was a considerable task and Jonas totally took the lead. He also did a great job in advertising the house, showing it, and helping us make decisions. Best realtor I have ever worked with over 5 decades!

Excellent realtor! We bought and sold our home with Jonas. He was very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods when we were looking and took us to many different homes til we found the right one. We actually looked for about a month before giving up and he never said a negative thing once, I actually joined his softball team.
