Jonas is the son of John and Lynn Farrell; owners and founders of John Farrell Real Estate Co. Jonas was born at Lake Regional Hospital on December 31, 1979, and graduated from Camdenton High School in 1998. Growing up at the Lake of the Ozarks, Jonas has a unique knowledge and experience of the lake community.
Jonas graduated from Southwest Missouri State University (now known as Missouri State University) with a bachelor’s degree in general business.
Eager to join the family business, Jonas earned his Real Estate Agent’s license in April of 1999 while attending college and worked part-time in the business while earning his degree. In 2008 Jonas earned his Real Estate Brokers license.
Jonas was married to Nancy Farrell in the late summer of 2006 and they have two children, Jonathan and Evan.
Jonas specializes in representing sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of residential properties and land. Jonas also specializes in the management and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
In addition to his Broker license, Jonas has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations.
