John Farrell is the Broker, Owner, and Founder of John Farrell Real Estate Co. Originally from Sheridan Missouri, John relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1971 and began working as a loan officer at First National Bank. John quickly ascended through the ranks and was eventually named Vice President and manager of the new office located in Osage Beach.
In 1984 John left the bank to start John Farrell Real Estate Co. Originally focused on representing condo developments, John cooperated with the Jones Company out of St. Louis and Duncan Construction to sell Bay Point Village, Regatta Bay, and Westside Bay.
John Farrell Real Estate Co specializes in representing buyers and sellers of Residential, Commercial, Land, and Farms/Acreage around the Lake of the Ozarks and the tri county area; Camden, Miller and Morgan counties.
John loves the Lake of the Ozarks community and can’t imagine there being a better place on earth. He is most proud of the growth and success of John Farrell Real Estate since it was originally founded in 1984. He takes great pride in the companies status as an Independent Brokerage.
